French Charley's is hosting a party with Irish Food after parade. We start at noon at Lucio's proceed South to Scenic -- west to New City Hall and then to French Charley's.
Seven captains put up funds for plaques for the Grand Marshal and Colleen.
We are going to allow Golf Carts along with the Walkin' Club.
