Responsible for all negotiations and contracts regarding the sale and marketing of oil and gas. Managed procurement of all leases, rights of way and handled all unitization proceedings. Responsible for the negotiation and implementation of all contracts associated with the purchase and sale of producing properties. Negotiated and drafted all contracts associated with the drilling and production of oil and gas wells.
